60-day warm-hands guarantee

If the Embra Duo does not keep you warm, send it back within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. No questions, no restocking fee.

How to start a return

1. Email connorbetz9@pm.me with your order number and the word Return in the subject line.
2. We reply within 2 business days with a prepaid return label for US orders.
3. Pack the warmers, the cable and the pouch in any box and drop it off.

Refunds

We refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Faulty units

If a unit stops heating or holding charge within 12 months, contact us and we will replace it. Lithium batteries wear with use, so runtime that shortens gradually over time is normal and not a fault.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order.
