Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase from Embra. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax, which is shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Product specifications such as temperature, runtime and battery capacity are typical figures measured at room temperature and vary with use and ambient conditions.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if the item is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if a pricing error occurred.

Shipping and returns

Shipping and return terms are set out in our Shipping policy and Refund policy, which form part of these terms.

Safe use

The Embra Duo is a heating device with a lithium battery. Do not use the top heat setting against bare skin for long periods, do not use it on children or anyone with reduced sensation without supervision, do not puncture or expose it to water, and charge it only with a standard USB-C charger of 20W or less. Stop using a unit that swells, smells or becomes unusually hot while charging.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
