Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to PO boxes or freight forwarders at this time.

Cost

Standard shipping is free on every order.

Timing

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days after that. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. During late November and December, allow a few extra days.

Lithium batteries

The Embra Duo contains a lithium battery and ships by ground or by approved air carriers only. This is why we cannot offer express shipping.

Problems

If tracking has not moved for 7 days, or your order arrives damaged, email connorbetz9@pm.me with your order number and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
